Duties include developing marketing plans, reviewing agency alternatives,
preparing/presenting competitive market analysis, developing home
enhancement plans, review and processing of listing agreements,
writing of offers, review of sellers disclosures, review of all
purchase offers, presentations of offers to sellers, assisting
in escrow set-up, monitoring and informing sellers/buyers progress
of transactions, follow-up after closing and provision of any
necessary relocation assistance.
